About Auxtail
Started in 2016 and based in Milton Keynes: Current rear accessories require a towbar which is expensive, obtrusive and limited, in terms of load carrying.
Auxtail have developed a cheaper, discrete and stronger rear fitting than a tradional towbar.
Current cycle racks include frame clamps that are prohibited by most carbon bike manufacturer’s and do not fit to larger frames.
All bikes have similar tyres
Auxtail have developed a carrier that grips the tyres, such that most bike types can be transported and without the worry of frame damage.
The Minimum Viable Product is nearing completion. It is gaining interest in the automotive and cycling worlds.
About You
With excellent communication skills, verbal and written, you are looking for a new challenge.
Having gained experience in either, automotive or cycling industries, you wish to get fully involved into promoting innovative products to the market.
With a professional attitude, and a full understanding of the marketing process, you can deliver the results in a timely and cost effective manner.
Able to think strategically as well as operationally, you can define and build the brand.
Responsibilities
- Research market to identify opportunities
- Generate marketing Strategy
- Define Brand Attributes
- Work with founder to develop strategic roadmap
- Generate marketing plan
- Manage marketing budget
- Design Advertising and copy specifically for each channel
- Define price strategy for multiple outlets
Compensation details
This is an opportunity for someone who buys into the concept of this start-up. Someone who wants to involved in the decision making from day one and who ultimately aspires to being a major shareholder. Based on achievement of agreed objectives, a 20% share of the business is probable in a short period. A basic salary is expected after gaining investment backing and showing traction in the marketplace.
